Monsters Rally For 8-6 Win
The Monongahela Monsters had to overcome a big game from Milton second baseman Luis Santos to leave Milton Corner Tavern with a victory. And they did, winning 8-6. Santos was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2. Todd Dean earned the save, his 2nd. The Monsters move to 38-29 with the win, while the Dogfish Head drop to 36-31.

Monongahela used a timely hit from Freddie Cupp to get the win. The first baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to put the Monsters ahead, 7-6. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"It was a nice win for our side today," said Monsters manager Sancho Tornero. "Not perfect, but we'll take it."
