Hot Chickens Lose, 3-2
|
Getting an impressive start from Jing-quo Ts'ai, Jersey City beat Nashville by the score of 3-2. The Tritons now have a mark of 54-37.
Jersey City relied on the hitting of Zed Umlaut to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Tritons on top, 2-0. For the game, Umlaut had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Ts'ai told the Jersey City Herald.
