Fans who congregated at The Lighthouse were treated to extra-inning drama.

Ft. Worth Cattlemen starter Boris Milatovic turned in a sterling performance against the Long Island Lighthouse, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. The victory gives Ft. Worth a record of 54-44.

Though he didn't earn the victory, Milatovic kept his team in the game until the bullpen took over and the Ft. Worth offense came through. Over 8 innings, he allowed 2 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 8.

"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Milatovic said after the game.
