MSL St. Louis Ace Takes Pitcher of the Year Award Tuesday, September 17th , 2052 Pedro Soto of the MSL St. Louis Coeur was in command and couldn't do much wrong when he was on the mound this season. His outstanding 5-1 won-lost mark and 1.12 ERA were big factors in his winning the 2052 M3L Mexican Summer League Pitcher of the Year Award. In 64.1 innings of work and 9 starts, Soto struck out 77 while giving up 36 hits and 14 walks. He held opposing batters to a .161 average. He received 11 first place votes out of a possible 12. Eugene Blake of the MSL Buckhead Bowties finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Francisco Chávez of the MSL Nova Scotia Leviathan finished third.
