SMSL's #1 Player for 2051 Named Tuesday, September 19th , 2051 José Águila of the MSL Seattle Rocketeers had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Most Valuable Player Award for 2051. The 18-year-old second baseman put up a .398 average and a .432 on-base percentage, piling up 76 hits, 4 doubles, no triples, 12 home runs, 37 RBIs and 31 runs scored. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Leland Orr of the MSL Oakland Oaks finished second in voting, while Juan Gutiérrez of the MSL Oakland Oaks finished third.
