Wei Nabs PMSL Weekly Award Monday, August 26th , 2052 USPL Mexican Summer League pitchers will attest that it was tough to get Ming-feng Wei of the MSL Buffalo White Walkers out last week. His all-around performance at the plate made him the league's most recent Player of the Week. The 17-year-old second baseman boasted a .583 average with 1 home run, 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored. Wei went 7-for-12 for the week. For the year Wei is batting .305 with 47 hits and 6 home runs. He has scored 16 times and driven in 21. |
