PMSL's #1 Player Named Monday, July 17th , 2051 Wilson Padilla swung a blistering bat last week for MSL Greenville, rapping out 6 hits in 14 at-bats against 84s opponents to propel himself to the USPL Mexican Summer League Player of the Week Award. Whenever the center fielder hit the ball, he hit it with authority. The 18-year-old racked up a .429 batting average with 3 home runs, 10 RBIs and 4 runs scored. In 30 games this season Padilla has compiled a .265 batting average with 30 hits and 9 home runs. He has also scored 15 times and knocked in 24 runs. |
