3A-'s #1 Starter is Nakagawa Sunday, September 1st , 2052 Seiichi Nakagawa of the Ducks bewildered opposing batters in August and was honored as the M3L Low A Pitcher of the Month earlier today. The Long Island starter sparkled last month with a 4-0 record and 0.23 ERA. He made 5 starts, tossed 38.2 innings and had 52 strikeouts.
