Super Swinger -- García Slams 5 Hits Tuesday, September 5th , 2051 It was a big day for Greg García and he brought the Ladue Rams along for the ride. García led his club to a 17-1 victory over the Capital Hill Interns today at Alouettes Ballpark, smoking Capital Hill pitching for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The 21-year-old right fielder later called the victory "sweet." Greg García hit a two-run home run off Menno Blankendaal in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Jorge Ramírez in the 4th, walked in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Alejandro Durán in the 7th, singled in the 8th and hit a two-run single in the 9th.
