Top PA- Reliever Honored Sunday, September 22nd , 2052 José Carlos said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 20 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the Fort Knox Centennial rising star has won the USPL Low A Reliever of the Year Award for 2052. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.84 ERA over 53.2 innings. He also had 4 saves in 23 relief appearances, 70 strikeouts and only 16 walks. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Edgardo Fernández of the Crowley Cajuns finished second in voting, while Larry Oliver of the Ballard Beavers finished third.
