Hara Hurls Beaumont to Shutout Victory Friday, July 26th , 2052 Toshiki Hara bent a little, but he didn't break against the Crowley Cajuns. The Beaumont Crossbeaus pitcher hurled a 4-hit 8-0 shutout in a fine performance, surrendering 1 walk and tallying 6 strikeouts. "Toshiki is good at getting out of jams," Crossbeaus manager Stephen Richards told reporters after the game. "He's almost more effective when he gets guys on base or gets behind in the count, because he uses your aggressiveness against you." So far this year Hara has delivered no saves.
