Fog Harper Gone for Year Monday, August 12th , 2052 The season is finished for Robert Harper of the Sunset District Fog. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Fog second baseman suffered a broken kneecap while colliding with a player at a base in a recent game against the Athletic Club KC Reserves. Team doctors said it would take at least 4 months to heal. For the year Harper is hitting .262 with 3 home runs. His stats include 21 RBI and 53 runs scored. |
