No Chance for Ellenburg Sunday, August 25th , 2052 The Ellenburg Fighting Dachshunds were stuck in the middle this season -- not competitive enough in the playoff chase to be considered relevant, but not far enough behind to be completely written off. Until now, that is -- today, the Fighting Dachshunds were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Ellenburg last appeared in the postseason in 2050. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 17 times in their 20 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Fighting Dachshunds have missed the playoffs 7 times. Ellenburg has won the 3L AAA Championship 3 times in their history. |
