3L's Top Hitter Named Tuesday, October 1st , 2052 In the last year of his deal with Charleston, Julian Lemur has created some waves by winning September's Menard's Third League Batter of the Month title today. He put up a solid .303 batting average with 8 home runs, 15 RBIs and 14 runs scored. He also worked 3L pitchers for 9 walks and a .395 on-base percentage. If he keeps churning out numbers like these, the 32-year-old is sure to draw some attention when contract time rolls around.
