Cox Grabs SA Outstanding Pitcher Award Monday, September 23rd , 2052 The hottest hurler in the USSL Single A this season was Elijah Cox of the Huntington Hermit Crabs. He caught the attention of everybody in the league on his way to winning the 2052 SA Outstanding Pitcher Award. Cox starred with an impressive 14-5 record in 20 starts. The Hermit Crabs ace gave up 93 base hits and struck out 118 in 147.2 innings with a 1.65 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Dale Burney of the Columbia River Rats finished second in voting, while Ed Moore of the Grim Reapers finished third.
