Brochado Takes Best Bat Award in August Sunday, September 1st , 2052 Edwardo Brochado made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the USSL Single A this past month. The Huntington Hermit Crabs center fielder shined through the month of August and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 23-year-old hit .307 with 7 home runs, 16 RBIs and 10 runs scored. So far this year Brochado has 13 home runs and a .259 batting average. |
