SA Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, June 24th , 2052 The hottest bat of the week belonged to Matlacha right fielder Miguel Rivas. He went on a rampage last week against SA hurlers and rapped out 13 hits in 25 at-bats for a .520 average while hitting 2 home runs, driving in 4 runs and scoring 7 runs -- numbers quite worthy of the USSL Single A Player of the Week trophy. Rivas was honored today at a press conference. This season Rivas has 5 home runs and a .224 batting average. |
