Manuel Selected 3A's Premier Player Tuesday, September 24th , 2052 The manager of the Caldwell Chiefs said he thinks Carlos Manuel is only going to get better as he gets older. He may only be 21, but it will be hard to top the left fielder's 2052 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the M3L Single A Outstanding Hitter Award.
