Bolitho Shines in 17-8 MSL Long Island Win
In a high-scoring game between MSL Long Island and MSL Cape Coral, designated hitter Tom Bolitho was a difference-maker. The 16-year-old helped MSL Long Island grab the 17-8 win. He was 2-3 with 2 home runs and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4. The win puts the Lighthouse at 12-12, while the Hurricanes drop to 11-13.

The Lighthouse got an important contribution from third baseman Juan Medina, who in the bottom of the sixth hit a changeup into right for a 2-run double. It was his 2nd double of the season and put the Lighthouse ahead, 6-3.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Chad Graves said.
