Ft. Worth picked up a win at Grazing Hills, toppling the Colorado Billy Goats, 5-4. Pitcher Ray Harrison was one of the reasons the Cattlemen triumphed. The Cattlemen raised their record to 37-22.

The Cattlemen got a lift from designated hitter Francisco Daulong, who in the top of the fourth hit a 2-run double. His 2nd double of the season put the Cattlemen on top, 5-0.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Colorado manager Mack Kilkeary.
