White Walkers Top Oaks to Even Record

MSL Buffalo beat MSL Oakland on the strength of starter José Carmona's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-3. Carmona, now 10-2, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 8, walking 2, and allowing 1 run. The White Walkers raised their record to 20-20.
MSL Buffalo relied on the hitting of Rafael Palácios to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the White Walkers on top, 3-0. For the game, Palácios had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
