Chris Morris was outstanding against Ogallala. The right-hander, who is tied for 4th in the 3A- with a 2.32 ERA, had a changeup that was virtually unhittable at times. The result was a Crush 4-1 win. Flint reliever Paul Ray picked up the win to move to 4-2. Rhys Buggins suffered the loss. With the victory, the Crush record now stands at 40-46.

Flint won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With one out and Rhys Buggins on the mound for Ogallala, pinch hitter William Collins hit a dramatic 3-run home run, bringing Crush fans to their feet.

"I liked his command," said Flint manager Tim Nelson. "Chris was throwing strikes."
