Crush Lose to Rams in Walk Off
The Ladue Rams picked up a win at Ballpark of Wellsville, knocking off the Flint Crush, 4-3. On the mound for Ladue was right-hander Reynaldo Hernández, who played a pivotal role in the win. Ladue pitcher Miguel Vera got the win. He's now 1-1. Salvador Martínez was tagged with the loss. The Rams saw their win-loss record go to 25-41. At the same time, the Crush fell to 34-32.

Isaak van den Burgt was the walk-off hero for Ladue. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Rams third baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," van den Burgt said.
