Trash Pandas Win at Germantown, 3-1
|
Watford City Trash Pandas starter Ron Thomas hurled his team past the Germantown Uruguayans, 3-1. Mikilana Lokela picked up the save, his 9th. The Silver Low A-leading Trash Pandas have a record of 54-31.
Watford City used the bat of Hyun-jung Yi to get the win. The shortstop hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Trash Pandas ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it did its damage.
"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Yi said.
