In a tight affair between the Germantown Uruguayans and the Plattsburgh Puffer Fish, pitcher Han-soo Yang was in the zone. The Germantown right-hander helped his team win the game, 3-0. The Uruguayans move to 16-22 with the win, while the Puffer Fish drop to 19-19.

The game was at a stalemate until pinch hitter Gerardo Romero came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Plattsburgh pitcher Logan Wrighton, he hit a 2-0 slider for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Germantown on top, 1-0.
