The Redwood Rhinos had to overcome a fine performance from Bethlehem pitcher Min-zhong Deng to grab a 3-1 win at Kittie Park. Deng allowed 1 run over 6 innings. Chris Evans finished to wrap up his 2nd save. Redwood's record now stands at 5-19, placing them last in the Silver Low A.

Redwood needed the clutch hitting of Júlio Salinas to notch the win. The second baseman hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Rhinos on top, 3-1. For the game, Salinas had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
