Fort Knox beat Beaumont on the strength of starter Chia-kang Liang's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 2-1. Liang went 5.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 2, and struck out 9. His record improves to 9-2. Ronald James was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 1 save opportunities.
