Morgan Evison subdued the Shady Side Zoomies, 5-0, pitching a 3-hit gem for the Quebec City Baby Blues at Terriers Ballpark.
"He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Quebec City skipper Troy Grant said afterward.
Evison registered 10 strikeouts and issued 3 walks in his superb performance.
"We just didn't swing the bats very well. Or else he just pitched good, whichever way you want to look at it," said Shady Side manager John Aston after the defeat.
