Hurricanes Beat Lakers, 3-2
|
Cape Coral Hurricanes starter Thomas Zachary was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Echo Park Lakers, 3-2. The Lakers, now 3-12, continue their inauspicious start.
In the top of the seventh, the Hurricanes grabbed the lead when Zachary hit his 6th home run of the season. The solo home run off Mariano Bueno made it 3-2, Cape Coral.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Zachary.
