Blue Dragons Stay Hot, Beat Jets, 3-0

The Kennesaw Jets got a superb performance from pitcher Guo-xiu Chio, but the Levittown Blue Dragons still won the game, 3-0. Chio threw 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball. Keith Lee, 1-0, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 4 hits in 3.1 innings. José Márquez, credited with the save, is now 25 for 29 in save opportunities.
Levittown relied on the hitting of Michael Jones to pick up the win. The third baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Blue Dragons on top, 2-0. For the game, Jones had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
"I just tried to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Jones.
The second-place Blue Dragons have won 5 straight.
