The Mississippi Mockingbirds went down to defeat to Santiago Proximo and his New Orleans teammates. The final score was 4-2 in favor of the Voodoo. Proximo picked up the win for New Orleans, going 6.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 5-0. Herman Stone got credit for the save for New Orleans.
