Behind the bravura of center fielder Bai-luo Kao, the Pontiac Godfathers topped the Mancelona Torch by the score of 6-3. Kao went 2 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2 for the Godfathers. John Crouch earned the save, his 1st, for the Godfathers. The Godfathers, with just their 3rd win in 15 games, have played uninspired baseball so far.

Kao had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the bottom of the fourth inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Godfathers went on to win.

"When this team comes together and plays the way we can, we can compete with anyone," said Kao. "I think we're going to keep proving that."
