5 Straight Wins for Voodoo
|
In a well-pitched game between the New Orleans Voodoo and the San Mateo Dirty Reds, pitcher Anthony Coleman was fantastic. The New Orleans right-hander helped his team secure the win, 3-1. Herman Stone finished the game for New Orleans and earned his 9th save. New Orleans has now won 5 games in a row.
Seung-jae Kyong, the 2049 Gold Bat winner , had a direct impact on the outcome. Kyong contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the eighth inning to put New Orleans up, 3-1.
"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said New Orleans manager Chase Sims.
