Highlanders Get 6-3 Win Versus Pine Island
Asheville picked up a win at Goodyear Hanger Dome, bumping off the Pine Island Dolphins, 6-3. Pitcher Henry Tucker was a major reason the Highlanders emerged victorious. John Banks recorded the save for Asheville, his 4th of the season. With the win, the Highlanders improved to 52-37.

The Highlanders got an important contribution from shortstop José Aguilar, who in the top of the fourth punched a full count changeup into right-center for a 2-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Highlanders ahead, 4-1.

"The fans pay the tickets and help us do what we do, so we like to put on a show for them," Tucker told the Asheville Gazette.
