Lake Minnetonka beat Billings on the strength of starter Barney Arrington's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a win, 5-0. Daniel Wyles picked up the save, his 1st. The losing streak for Billings has now reached 6 games.

The Love Boats got an important contribution from right fielder Mike Manley, who in the bottom of the first punched a full count fastball into left for a 2-run double. It was his 11th double of the season and put the Love Boats ahead, 2-0.
