Barton Springs Blues starter Chris Thompson was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Bethesda Atoms, 6-1. Thompson went 6 innings to notch the win. Javier Chávez had a big 3-run home run for the Blues in the bottom of the second inning.
