The Gwinnett Guinea Pigs picked up a win at Experimental Stadium, knocking off the Olympia Ogres, 3-2. On the mound for Gwinnett was right-hander Caden Hickman, who played a pivotal role in the win. At 26-27, the Guinea Pigs are currently 6th in the Silver AA.

In the bottom of the 14th, Matsuo Nakamura had a chance to deal the knockout blow. And he did, punching a run-scoring sacrifice fly to right-center off Olympia pitcher Rob Phillips.

"I tell our guys all the time, 'Every pitch is the right pitch if you put it in the right place, you believe in it and have conviction,'" Gwinnett manager William Edens said.
