Lake Minnetonka pitcher Cisco Morales did his part in helping his team beat the Billings Polar Bears, 2-1. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Waleliano Girawheen earned the save for Lake Minnetonka, his 1st. Lake Minnetonka is now 7-5.
Runs were scarce in this one. So, José Téllez's at-bat in the top of the eighth was vitally important. With one out, the Lake Minnetonka designated hitter hit a sacrifice fly, to give his team a 2-1 lead.
