Patriots Lose to Voodoo in Walk Off
The New Orleans Voodoo downed the Boston Patriots, 5-3, at The Voodoo Lounge. Jesús Vargas led the way, going 2-for-5 for New Orleans. The winning streak has now reached 5 games for New Orleans.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 12th. With one out, Vargas hit a cutter from Jorge Gil for a 2-run home run. The Voodoo, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"When this team comes together and plays the way we can, we can compete with anyone," said Vargas. "I think we're going to keep proving that."
