The Richland Rails topped the Minnesota Loons, 5-4, in M3L Double A action at Rails Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to Richland pitcher and Denver, Colorado, native Felipe Hull. Hull picked up the win for Richland, going 7 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. Frank Smith collected save number 6.

Matt Jenkins helped out the Richland cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring double. For the game, the shortstop went 1-4 with a double.
