Milton Dogfish Head starter Bruce Wilson hurled his team past the Santa Barbara Golden Cranes, 2-0. Wilson picked up the win for Milton, going 7 innings. He gave up no runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 8-6. Min Der earned his 24th save in 29 chances.

Milton took a 2-0 lead on Kelvin van Enk's 10th home run of the season. The solo home run, which van Enk hit in the top of the seventh, left Santa Barbara pitcher Don Beales shaking his head.
