Wright Leads Squirrel Monkeys to 6-1 Win Over Redlegs
Getting a good performance from third baseman Stone Wright, the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys defeated the Sacramento Redlegs, 6-1. Wright was 3-4 with a home run and 2 doubles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Squirrel Monkeys. The winner was Jeff Morehead, who threw 108 pitches over 8.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 1 run on 3 hits.
