Black Mambas Rally to Eke Out Win
Milton third baseman Rutger McGroarty was sensational. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Austin beat the Dogfish Head, 8-7. The win belongs to Eric Ramírez in relief. His record improves to 3-7. Cory Black took the loss for Milton. The Black Mambas' win now puts them at 22-49.

In the bottom of the 11th, Donnie Haggard had a chance to deal the knockout blow. And he did, punching a run-scoring single to left-center off Milton pitcher Cory Black.

"Our team showed some spunk," said Haggard.
