Sanderson K's 12 En Route to 4-0 Black Mambas Win

The Austin Black Mambas topped the Syracuse Squirrel Monkeys, 4-0, in USSL Triple A action at Mamba Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Austin pitcher Alan Sanderson. The Squirrel Monkeys drop to 9-10 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2052 season.
Sanderson, who leaned on his forkball, allowed no runs on just 1 hit over 8 innings for the Black Mambas. For the most part, Syracuse hitters were simply overmatched.
Sanderson said his team "played with determination."
