The Sunset District Fog topped the Norfolk Pajaritos, 1-0, in USPL Triple A action at Fog Park. The standout performance belonged to Sunset District pitcher and Los Angeles, California, native Ricardo Méndez. Earning his 4th save for Sunset District was Jimmy DeCourey. The Fog move to 38-49 with the win, while the Pajaritos drop to 41-46.

Méndez earned the win, going 7.1 strong innings for Sunset District. The right-hander allowed just 2 hits, while striking out 7. Norfolk hitters had little success against him.
