The exploits of first baseman Andrés Durán helped the Baton Rouge Brass defeat the Sunset District Fog, 17-0. Durán went 2 for 2 with a home run, a double, 2 walks, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 4 times. The third-place Brass are 46-33.

Baton Rouge used a well-timed hit by Keng-chi Zhou to capture the win. The second baseman socked a bases-clearing double in the top of the third inning to put the Brass ahead, 6-0. Though it was his only hit in 3 at-bats, it was important.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Durán told the Baton Rouge News.
