Salt Lake City took on Port Huron in front of a lively crowd.

Anthony Potter was instrumental in his team's 6-4 triumph over the Port Huron Blitzkrieg. The first baseman went 3-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice for the Salt Lake City Buzz. Earning his 3rd save for Salt Lake City was Jeremy Harness.

Salt Lake City used the timely hitting of Kevin Sanders to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Buzz on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"The vibe's good," said Salt Lake City manager Jay Smith. "We've got to keep it going."

The Blitzkrieg, now 34-40, have lost 4 straight.
