Buffalo starter Qu-bing Li pitched well against the Oakland Oaks at Beyond the Wall. The left-hander led his team to a win, 8-3. Today's win puts Buffalo at 16-19, while Oakland falls to 20-15.

Eisse van Opdorp put Buffalo in front, 4-0, when he took Miguel Velázquez downtown. His 2-run home run came with two out in the bottom of the second. It was his 9th home run of the season.

"We came out aggressive," said White Walkers manager Chris Lau. "We came out swinging the bats."
