Silvio Capitanio drove in 2 runs for Syracuse. The 32-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Poom Saksansin. It was his 8th RBI of the season.

"Every loss hurts," said Alaskan manager Kelly Flint. "But this was a tough one."
