Port Royal Disaster starter Travis Morgan pitched his team past the Plymouth Rocks, 4-1. Morgan picked up the win for Port Royal, going 6 innings. He gave up no runs on 1 hits. He now sports a record of 1-1.
Port Royal relied on the hitting of Ruff McGruffin to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a solo home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Disaster on top, 2-0. For the game, McGruffin had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
